When a spreadsheet stops being enough
Repeated updates across bookings, property care and owner reporting can become hard to keep aligned. Explore the sample dashboard to see a connected workflow.
Try the live demo ↗When a spreadsheet is no longer enough
For a client, we connected booking records, expenses and owner reporting in a custom system. The client saved more than 30 hours a month on administrative bookkeeping and grew its portfolio by 40% in under a year without adding office staff.
Results from one project, not a promise. Growth occurred alongside the change; it is not attributed to the software alone.
Frequently asked questions
Is this Excel template free to download?
Yes. Download the .xlsx workbook directly without entering an email address or creating an account. It includes instructions and fictional examples.
What does the turnover checklist include?
A reusable task list with assigned owners, status, checked dates and short issue references. Completion is calculated from the live Checklist sheet, not the Example sheet.
How does the checklist treat N/A tasks?
N/A tasks are excluded from the completion percentage. Blank statuses count as unfinished. Blank task rows are ignored.
Does completing it certify that a property is safe or ready?
No. It is not a safety inspection, cleaning certification or guarantee of readiness. Adapt it to the property and your professional procedures.
Does sample data affect my real results?
Examples are on a separate sheet and do not enter your live results.
Has it been tested in Microsoft Excel?
It is supplied as an Excel .xlsx file and was recalculated and tested in LibreOffice Calc, not native desktop Microsoft Excel. Check it in your spreadsheet app before relying on the results. Formula cells are not locked.
