Who is responsible

Tortera Holdings Ltd, trading as StreamlineCY (Cyprus company registration HE 496600), Makrasykas 8A, Lakatamia, Cyprus, is responsible for the personal data you send through this form. Contact: hello@streamlinecy.com.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email, message and, if you provide them, your business name and property range. We use them to understand and respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form. The legal basis for steps you ask us to take before a contract is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business enquiries, we use our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f).

Please do not send guest information, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data.

How the form is handled

The form uses Formspree, Inc. to receive and handle form submissions. Formspree receives the information you submit, stores a dashboard copy and sends an email notification to hello@streamlinecy.com. Its privacy policy states that information is processed in the United States and other countries where it operates. Formspree states that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses for processor transfers where required. Formspree uses Formshield filtering and Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. When a visitor submits the form, a Formspree-hosted CAPTCHA step may be required. These services process technical information such as IP address and browser information. Notification copies go to our hello@streamlinecy.com mailbox and its email delivery and storage providers. Processing is not restricted to the EU. We do not claim EU-only processing.

Formspree's free plan currently retains dashboard submissions for 30 days. Mailbox copies are subject to our own retention policy below.

Retention

We delete closed, unsuccessful enquiries from the form dashboard and mailbox within six months after closing the enquiry, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, the relevant records are covered by our client-record retention policy. Deletion of closed enquiries is handled manually.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@streamlinecy.com. You may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or another competent supervisory authority. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to answer your enquiry.

This notice covers the enquiry form only. It does not cover separate website hosting, fonts or the browser-only demo.
