A REAL CLIENT PROJECT
From spreadsheets to a connected reporting workflow
For a client, we built a custom rental operations system and owner portal that brought booking records, property expenses and owner reporting into one workflow. The client saved more than 30 hours a month on administrative bookkeeping and grew its portfolio by 40% in under a year, without adding office staff during that period.
These are results from this specific project, not promises for other businesses. Portfolio growth occurred alongside the operational change; we do not claim the software alone caused it. The project was custom-built, not a standard package or the Stays demo.

What is Stays?
Stays is StreamlineCY's demonstration of a short-term rental management system. Explore a working sample, then discuss a custom setup for the way your rental business operates.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The Azure Stays dashboard opens without a password or sign-up. All properties, guests and figures are fictional sample data. Changes stay in this browser, not in a shared account.
Does the demo sync with Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. The Channels screen simulates an iCal workflow using sample data. Live integrations, supported channels and their limits must be agreed as part of your project.
Can this be adapted to my business?
Discuss your properties, team, reporting and existing tools with StreamlineCY. The final scope, integrations, delivery plan and price are agreed for your setup, not promised by this demo.
Are the Excel templates really free?
Yes. Download them directly without an email address. They are operational starting points, not accounting, legal or tax advice. Read the instructions in each workbook before entering real data.

No. Azure Stays is the fictional company inside this demo. Its sample rental website shows how a guest-facing site can sit alongside a management dashboard.
